How we get your order to you

Every order ships from our downtown Toronto warehouse, hand-packed by our team (with Kimi the cat supervising, of course).

🚗 Local Toronto delivery — FREE on orders over $50

• Where: Anywhere inside the downtown Toronto core (roughly Bloor to the Lake, Bathurst to the Don River).
• When: Within 24–48 hours of your order being placed. We'll text you a delivery window the morning of.
• Cost: Free over $50. Flat $7 under $50.
• Express pickup point: If you're near University Ave & King St W, you can pick up within 24 hours — just choose "Pickup" at checkout and we'll email you when it's ready.

📦 Rest of Canada — Ship Stallion courier

• Where: All Canadian provinces and territories.
• When: 3–7 business days depending on your postal code. Tracking emailed automatically.
• Cost: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Most orders land between $8–$15.

🐾 Preorders

If a product shows "Sold out — Preorder available", you can still order it. We'll ship it within 2–3 weeks once our next batch lands at the warehouse, and you'll get an email with tracking the day it goes out.
