How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery within Toronto is typically 1–3 days; the rest of Canada is 3–7 business days via Ship Stallion. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Free shipping is available on qualifying orders across Canada. Details are shown at checkout. Use code HELLOKIMI for 10% off orders over $20.
What's your return policy?

We do self-deliver locally in certain parts of the GTA. Reach out via email to ask about local delivery availability for your address.
