Frequently Asked Questions
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery within Toronto is typically 1–3 days; the rest of Canada is 3–7 business days. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Shipping is free on Canadian orders over $50. Under $50 it's a flat $3.50 ($4.20 to BC), and some regions are calculated at checkout. US shipping is $17.50 under $50 and $20 over $50; free shipping doesn't apply to US orders.
What's your return policy?
We want you — and your pet — to be happy. If something isn't right, email us at hello@kimipaws.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll make it right. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Do you deliver locally in Toronto?
We do self-deliver locally in certain parts of the GTA. Reach out via email to ask about local delivery availability for your address.

We sell at pet expos across the Greater Toronto Area throughout the year, including Petapolooza. Follow us on Instagram and TikTok for event announcements.
