At Kimi’s Paws, we carefully prepare and package every order to ensure your pet gets their favorites as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification with tracking details as soon as your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (Canada)

We ship Canada-wide using reliable carrier partners:

• Orders $50 CAD and over: FREE Standard Shipping
• Orders under $50 CAD: Standard Flat-Rate Shipping (calculated at checkout based on your delivery address)
• Standard Delivery Time: 2 to 7 business days depending on your location

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update with the carrier.

Shipping Issues & Missing Packages

If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please reach out to us right away at hello@kimipaws.com with your order number. We will gladly help resolve the issue.
