Shipping policy

At Kimi’s Paws, we carefully prepare and package every order to ensure your pet gets their favorites as quickly and safely as possible. Every order is hand-packed in downtown Toronto.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification with tracking details as soon as your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (Canada)

We ship to all Canadian provinces and territories:

• Orders over $50 CAD: FREE Standard Shipping
• Orders under $50 CAD: Flat-rate Standard Shipping of $3.50 ($4.20 to British Columbia). Some regions are calculated at checkout based on your address.
• Standard Delivery Time: 3 to 7 business days depending on your postal code

Local delivery: Local to downtown Toronto? We self-deliver when we can. Email us at hello@kimipaws.com to ask about your address.

• Orders under $50 CAD: $17.50
• Orders $50 CAD and over: $20.00
• Free shipping is not available on US orders.
• Delivery Time: Delivery times vary by destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update with the carrier.

Shipping Issues & Missing Packages

If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please reach out to us right away at hello@kimipaws.com with your order number. We will gladly help resolve the issue.
